The screen went back and a timer appeared on screen. "You have two hours before we begin the cyberization process, I suggest you use this time to think about how best to serve our glorious country. We're going to great thing, Haruka. Great things."
Sakurai's finally cut out, and when it did all Haruka could do was cry. Her worst fears had come to pass. Her DNA was being used for evil, her parents were in danger, she was about to lose her free will, and she was powerless to do anything about it. Why? Why was this happening? How did all of this turn into such a big mess?
She didn't have the answer. She had nothing...

Back in the observation chamber Sakura smirked. Tanaka's plan was genius. The kaiju girl surrendered without a fight. If he had killed those two annoying pawns then this could've been a lot more difficult. He had to remember to reward the man when they finally built their new empire.
He turned to face the other's in the room. "Good work everyone, especially you Mr. and Mrs. Kayoki. Brilliant work."
"Bastard!" Ken growled. If he didn't have gun pointed to his head he'd throttle the man.
"Monster! How can you be so cruel!" Mako choked out. The sight of her daughter in tears was breaking her heart.
Sakurai continued to smirk. "Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. Take them to the holding cells."
"Roger that." the guard spoke. "Get your asses moving!"
The parents did as instructed but not before throwing hateful glares the trio's way. Sakurai was unfazed, Junko looked amused, Tanaka looked away. As the couple exited the room Sakurai began to laugh.
"This is perfect! In just two hours we'll have the strongest army in the world. We will finally have an eternal empire the stretches across the entire world."
"Sounds good to me." Junko smiled.
"Of course it does. Japan will rule the entire world." Sakurai smiled. "What say you Tanaka."
The general straightened himself out. "Long live the land of the rising sun."
"Spoken like a true soldier. "You're both free until the two hour mark is up. After that, Junko I need you here to begin the process."
"Understood." the woman nodded. She was looking forward to this.
"What should I do sir?" Tanaka asked wearily.
Sakurai pat the man on his shoulder. "Enjoy your new promotion, five-star general Tanaka."
"Sir?"
"You've earned it my boy. I want you hear to witness the birth of the second of your new army."
"Yes sir!"
