In a twist here on the demolition job here, turns out that Haruka is an incredibly popular TV and movie actress known truly for her big big roles as the monster. Ever since turning into a Kaiju, she had done several tv shows and movie where she was big. Luckily she had a great crew that was able to work with her well.
Right now she is shooting one of four series she usually starts in, (note this also determines her outfit for the rampage). Haruka is a producer on all of them and had much creative input on them.
The first series was a Super Sentai like show where Haruka stars as the ancient monster queen which she and her monster army invades the city to take it over as it is the final stronghold on Earth. She had rule most of the planet. She would be wearing a golden two piece bikini, an outfit she likes as it makes her feel dominant. They were shooting the series finale where she is going on a rampage after disabling the series mechas.
The second is a movie called "Attack of the Kaiju Schoolgirl" in which Haruka is literally a 160ft schoolgirl in the city. Either intentionally or by accident destroying Tokyo in a schoolgirl outfit. (https://www.writing.com/main/interactive...) outfit reference.
The third series is actually a hero series on which Haruka as the famous S.O.S. Sakura is defending the city against monsters and invaders. Accidental destruction a plenty as Haruka battles to keep her territory safe, as she is it's ruler. Maybe some intentional if she has an evil ruler. She would be wearing a one piece swimsuit with an S.O.S. symbol.
The fourth one is just a bunch of new poses for a documentary over her Kaiju life, and she explains how she goes about her monster life. Just her blue swimsuit
It's actually in an area where they are lots of big buildings but also smaller ones as well, so plenty of carnage from Haruka herself in the entertainment district.
