"H-here Bulbasaur." You hand over the contract. It feels weird signing your life over to this Pokemon, but you have to do it. "Sign this, you'll technically own me. Then we can leave here."

She gives a bit of a confused look before using a vine to grab a pen which she just kind of smashed on the paper. 

"Well, that’s that! Bulbasaur is now your official owner, Sam. I’m sure the two of you will have a… unique journey together."

She hands you the signed contract and gives you a small, encouraging smile.

"Good luck out there. And remember—Bulbasaur’s in charge now. Listen to her, and you’ll do just fine."

Bulbasaur suddenly sends out a vine that coils around your neck. It yanks you down a bit but immediately gives slack, just letting you know she's in control. Suddenly that warm, almost clueless smile she was wearing drops into a smug, elated grin. Professor Juniper watches the scene unfold with amusement. She clears her throat, trying to maintain a professional demeanor.

"Well, it seems Bulbasaur is… eager to establish her role. I suppose that’s one way to start a journey!"

Bulbasaur lets out a soft, satisfied grunt, her vines swaying gently as she leads you toward the lab door. She pauses for a moment, glancing back.

As you step outside, the warm sunlight hits your face, and the bustling sounds of your town fill the air. A few women glance your way, their eyes widening slightly at the sight of Bulbasaur leading you by a vine leash. A group of women nearby chuckle among themselves, clearly amused by the scene.

Bulbasaur ignores the comments, her focus entirely on leading you through the village. She tugs gently on the vine, guiding you toward the path that leads out of town and into the wider world of Dominara.
