Ethan groaned, rolling onto his back, the ceiling swimming into view. Something felt off. His body was too light, too soft in places that shouldn’t be soft. He sat up fast, and a curtain of gold hair slid across his face. His fingers—slender, trembling, nails slick with pink gloss—clawed it back.

“What the—” The sound that escaped his throat was wrong. Higher. Smoky. Not him.

He lurched to his feet. His center of gravity had shifted—hips rolling like they belonged to someone else. He stumbled toward the mirror on his closet door and froze.

A stranger stared back.

No. Not a stranger.

Lila Hart.

Her face. Her body. All of it, staring back at him like a cruel joke. Plush lips parted in shock. Perfect breasts stretching the fabric of his old T-shirt. Long, smooth legs that seemed to go on forever.

“Oh. Holy. Sh—”

He turned sideways, desperate to prove this wasn’t real. But the curve of her hips, the ridiculous tight roundness of her ass—God, it was obscene. He grabbed a handful, yelped, then squeezed again, just to feel the weight, the shape. It wasn’t a dream. It was warm, alive, his—hers.

“This is…” He let out a jagged laugh, half terror, half awe. “Okay. Okay. Science. Something. I can fix this.”

Except every movement betrayed him. The drag of fabric across nipples that weren’t his made his breath hitch. The sway of her hips with each step was electric, alien. He caught himself biting her lip—soft, full, distractingly real. His eyes flicked from the poster on the wall back to the mirror.

“Oh, man.” A grin split his face, reckless and disbelieving. “I am so screwed.”
