The advances in medicine, politic, and technology made life easier for most of Sedimar. While prejudices still exist, they aren’t as prevalent as they once were. Humans have made some waves in politics, rights, and equality, but they still have a long way to go. Accommodations have been made so that humans could live life a little easier. But a human in any politcal office is still a rare sight, and most still don’t make it far. Most seats of power have an anthro sitting in them, and humans mostly are just taken for a ride. Though seen as equals by most anthros, some still see humans as lessors. It’s not uncommon for a human to be taken advantage of by anthro. While marriage is a thing among anthros, most are open relationships. Most marriages are about childcare and resource sharing than soul mates.
