Mona's Forearm Forest

chapter 6

Mona shifts her legs off the table and onto the floor, and she bends herself forward to rest her arms in the table. Her right arm lies on top of her left arm, and her chin rests atop her right forearm.
"What to do now?" Mona sighs to herself, lost in her thoughts.
While she's thinking out loud to herself, you take the opportunity for exploring her body. You hover off the table and head for her right forearm.
Thin orange hairs align her forearm. As you descend onto her skin, the hairs become as big as a small tree. Not too tall, but still tall enough to tower over you. Her skin has intricate patterns and texture. If you shrank yourself even more, then you can see the many skin cells that make up the ground.
So you shrink yourself even more. Down to 1 micrometer tall.
Now you can admire the skin cells making up the ground. Some skin cells shed away because they're old and dried up. As for the thin hairs, now they tower over you like a forest of pine trees (except these trees have no branches and are made of keratin).
Suddenly, Mona scracthes her arm, causing some old skin cells to shed away. An opening with some newer cells appears in front of you.
What is there to do now?
