The studio lights felt like a warm blanket pressed against bare skin. Hal blinked, and the world snapped into sharp, overwhelming focus through Kaitlyn’s green eyes.
He was standing behind the curved weather desk, one hand resting lightly on its edge for balance. The navy dress hugged every curve—tight across the hips, snug over the breasts, the fabric shifting with the smallest breath. Beneath it all: lace bra that lifted and separated, panties that rode high and smooth against skin that felt impossibly soft. No familiar weight between the legs, just a warm, secret emptiness that pulsed gently with every heartbeat. High heels forced his posture upright, calves taut, ass subtly rounded and lifted. A long blonde ponytail brushed the nape of a neck that suddenly felt long and graceful.
Hal looked down.
Breasts. Full, heavy, rising and falling with each breath. The V-neck of the dress dipped just enough to show the shadowed valley between them. Nipples—already half-hard from the combination of adrenaline and the heat of the lights—pressed faintly against the lace.
He swallowed. Kaitlyn’s throat worked smoothly, the sound of her own swallow soft and feminine in his ears.
The teleprompter scrolled in front of him:
Thanks, Mark. We’ve got a soggy end to the week ahead…
The words came out of his mouth in Kaitlyn’s clear, practiced voice—warm, melodic, professional.
“Thanks, Mark. We’ve got a soggy end to the week ahead, with that cold front finally arriving tomorrow afternoon. Highs in the low 60s, but don’t put the umbrella away yet—scattered showers through Friday night, tapering off by Saturday morning.”
He gestured toward the green screen map, arm lifting, fabric pulling tight across the chest. The motion sent a ripple through the breasts—soft, buoyant, alive in a way that made Hal’s mind stutter. Every tiny shift registered: the brush of silk lining against inner thighs, the faint tug of panties between the cheeks, the subtle ache in the arches from standing in these damn heels all afternoon.
Jesus Christ, he thought. This is… insane. Soft everywhere. Sensitive. And the whole city’s watching.
The camera zoomed in for the seven-day outlook. Hal smiled—Kaitlyn’s dimpled, million-dollar smile—and felt the gloss on his lips catch the light, felt the unfamiliar stretch of fuller cheeks, the faint tug of eyeliner when he blinked.
Mark’s voice came from off-camera, warm and teasing: “Thanks, Kaitlyn. Always a bright spot in the forecast.”
Hal turned back to the main lens, flashing that same perfect smile. Thousands of eyes—maybe millions online—locked on him. On the dress. On the legs. On the way the ponytail swayed when he tilted his head.
A slow, liquid heat bloomed low in the belly. Nipples tightened further, visible now if anyone was looking close enough. Between the legs, a slick warmth gathered, clit throbbing faintly with every heartbeat. The body was responding to being seen, to performing, to the simple, electric fact of existing in this skin.
Hal had spent eighty-five years as a man. He knew what arousal felt like from the inside—focused, urgent, linear. This was different. This was everywhere at once: a full-body hum, waves building from the core outward, skin prickling under the lights, thighs pressing together instinctively to chase the pressure.
He finished the segment. “Stay dry out there, everyone. We’ll see you tomorrow.”
The red light blinked off.
Hal exhaled—long, shaky—feeling the rise and fall of ribcage, the gentle bounce beneath the dress. A producer waved from the wings. “Great job, Kait. You’re clear.”
He nodded, Kaitlyn’s voice coming out a little huskier than usual. “Thanks.”
He started walking toward the hallway—heels clicking, hips rolling with a natural, hypnotic sway he couldn’t stop. Every step sent sensation rippling upward: thighs brushing, breasts shifting, ponytail swinging against the back. Crew members smiled and nodded as he passed, eyes flicking appreciatively over the dress, the legs, the confident stride.
Hal felt every glance like a physical touch.
In the common room, Vic stared at the TV with his mouth open. Marge clutched the remote so hard her knuckles went white.
“He’s… he’s still in there,” Vic whispered.
On screen, the news moved to traffic, but in the background shot, Kaitlyn could be seen disappearing down the hallway—posture just a little straighter, walk just a little more deliberate, a small, private smile playing on lips that weren’t quite hers anymore.
