Diesel peeled off from the group after a few quick check-ins. No one knew anything. No one had answers. And every one of them looked like a model walking off the set of a sexy athletic-wear commercial. Diesel couldn’t stop staring at everyone’s legs, boobs, makeup-free-but-perfect faces—and he knew they were all guys underneath.

He made his way to the front desk.

The employee on duty was hunched over the counter, shoulders shaking. Diesel approached slowly.

“Hey,” he said. “You good?”

The woman behind the desk jumped and yelped. “Jesus! Don’t sneak up on me!”

Diesel stared.

She was young—barely 20, maybe—with wide eyes, smooth caramel skin, and a messy ponytail. Her tank top clung to a truly unfair amount of cleavage for someone so petite. She had both hands buried in the neckline of her shirt. A nametag read "MICAH." Shit. So it made it this far too.

“I—uh…” Diesel blinked. “Were you just feeling yourself up?”

Micah looked mortified. “I wasn’t—okay, maybe I was, but like—look at these! What was I supposed to do?! I had nothing five minutes ago and now I’ve got porn star tits!

Diesel crossed his arms, feeling his own chest jiggle at the motion. “Yeah, it’s happening to all of us.”

Micah bit her lip and looked him up and down. “Wait… Diesel?”

He nodded. “Yeah.”

“Damn. You look like Margot Robbie’s hot cousin.”

Diesel grinned. “Appreciate it. You got any clue what’s happening?”

Micah shook her head. “I was checking people in and then—bam! Full body tingle. And then… these.” She cupped her chest again, gently bouncing them. “It’s so weirdly good. Like, everything’s so… sensitive.”

“Okay, maybe tone that down a little.”

Micah gave a sheepish look. “Sorry. It’s just—there’s nothing in the news yet. My phone stopped working mid-text. Some guy said it might be a local Swaptyx field test that went sideways, but no one’s sure. I tried to call 911 but the line was jammed.”

Diesel nodded, jaw tight. “Alright. So we’re stuck like this for now.”

“Stuck?” Micah raised an eyebrow. “I mean… I’m not mad.

Diesel smirked and turned away. “We’ll check back soon. Let us know if you hear anything.”

As he turned, he heard Micah whisper, “God, that guy has legs.

He didn’t even correct her.
