Leo backed toward the hallway, phone still in his hand, heart racing under someone else’s ribcage.

He typed frantically:

Leo: “Umm, GlitterLoxx, I’m not great in crowds. Can I bail early??”

No response.

He spotted a bathroom and ducked inside. Locked the door. Took a breath. In the mirror, Lola stared back. Pouty lips, shimmering highlighter, a visible hickey.

“I look like a Bratz doll on a bender,” he muttered, adjusting the spaghetti strap digging into his shoulder.

He tried to navigate the Swapp app. “End swap… end early… override?”

Access denied. The timer read: 3 hours, 11 minutes remaining.

“Nope,” he whispered. “I’m hiding.”

He opened the window. It looked out over the porch roof. Beyond that: freedom.

Leo, now Lola, hiked up her skirt, climbed out the window, and crawled across the roof on all fours.

Someone from below spotted him and shouted, “Lola! You doing a thirst trap again?!”

Phones came out. A dozen flashes. One frat guy yelled, “Make it clap!”

Leo screamed and slipped—but landed in a bush, ass-up, skirt over his head.

“I hate everyone,” he groaned.
