Try as he may though he just couldn't. Allen remembered that look all too well and it made his anger evaporate. This was just another instance of Christine taking things too far. Allen grumbled to himself for a minute before taking a calming breath. This wasn't worth staying angry over.
Once she finally came down from her high, Christine looked down at her brother in guilt. Once again she had taken things to far just like that time in the pet shop. She knew what she was doing was wrong but did it anyway. Why couldn't she learn? "Allen I am so sorry, I-"
The shrunken boy held up a hand to silence her. Surprisingly she complied. Allen once again looked into those eyes of remorse and sighed. "Look, don't worry about it."
"What?" she asked bewildered. Don't worry about it! She just used him for her own perverse gain and he just told her to not worry about it. Wasn't he angry at her? "I-I don't understand. Why are you so calm right now? How are you not angry?"
"Oh don't get the wrong idea, I'm pissed." Allen assured. "But... It could've been worse. Besides, a woman's vagina is more preferable to being almost bought by another family in a pet shop."
Christine couldn't believe her ears as Allen spoke. Did he just laugh her actions off? It made her want to giggle. In fact she did start giggling. Both of them did. It was rare for them to have moments like this where they could just laugh and not have plans to mess with the other on their brains.
"So you forgive me then?" Christine asked.
Allen smirked. "Yeah. just don't do that again. At least... not without permission. Deal?"
"Deal?" Christine agreed. She then scooped her miniscule brother up and placed him on the dashboard. "Alright then. Shall we be off?"
"We shall."
