Kate stomped to the door and forced a smile on her face as she opened the door to the grinning face of Sophia.
"Hey girl!" Sophia exclaimed. "Missed you at the gym, so I wanted to stop by and check on my favorite trainer and her newest little client. How's he doing back there?" she asked, gesturing at Kate's backside.
"Oh," Kate responded glumly, brushing aside the irritation she felt about missing the gym. "No, he's not there. We're focused on something different this month. And honestly for having a focus on speed, it's been frustratingly slow," she said with dejection.
"Oh!" Sophia responded in surprise. "Mind if I check up on him anyway?" she asked.
Kate invited her friend in and showed her the training room she had set up. Sophia cradled you in her arms, shocked at the exhaustion that clearly showed on your face. After a quick talk, Sophia diagnosed the problem.
"Allen I've been working out for a long time, but I'm not like Kate. I don't live for the gym, I don't love exercise. But I get motivated by focusing on things I want. At first it was this weight lifter, and I was thrilled when he asked me out. But then I realized that he was all biceps in his brain too, so I changed my focus on what I really wanted for myself and it's never let me down. I'm sure that'll work for you too. What do you want little guy?" she asked sincerely.
You looked up at Sophia's beautiful face, but only had one thing on your mind. "Honestly, right now the only thing I want is a nap..." you trail off.
Sophia nods and turns to her friend.
"Kate. Allen is clearly exhausted. And you're frustrated. You need to get out of the house and he needs to sleep. Give him some time to nap and go to the gym. I'll stay here with him and I'll bet I can get him back on track when he wakes up. What do you say?" she offers with a smile.
A trip to the gym was all Kate needed to hear. She knew she could trust Sophia and spent just enough time to hug her friend before racing out of the house. Sophia got you all set up in a soft Kleenex box bed, but you were sleeping on her hand before she even placed you down.
::Two hours later::
You stretch your arms and yawn as you feel the light from the window hitting your face. You looked up at the smiling face of Sophia.
"You're so cute when you sleep," she giggled.
You smile back and roll out of your makeshift bed.
"Thank you for that. It was just what I needed," you say happily.
"Well, pleasantries aside," she started as she gently carried you back to your training room, "It's time to get back to work," she said.
You sighed deeply.
"None of that!" she said cheerfully. "Remember what I said. Just think about what. You. Want," she spoke slowly. As she did, she seductively pulled her pants down and plopped herself down at the end of the cityscape mat, leaving City Hall flattened beneath her (if it....weren't already 2 dimensional).
Your eyes go wide as you see Sophia put her words to action. It's pretty clear that she wanted something too. But her words worked. Your heart pumping, you sprinted as fast as you ever had straight toward the woman's bare cheek. You ran into it with a loud SMACK, sending her flesh jiggling and Sophia laughing.
"Well, it seemed like that was pretty fast!" she said with a smile. "Obviously I can't be here every day, but just keep that picture in your head and I'll work something out with Kate to make sure I can....assist your training this month," she giggled.
You had no problem running the rest of the afternoon, and even figured out a way to stop yourself before running squarely into Sophia's flesh. A few times, you even managed to aim yourself straight for her familiar crack, sending her clenching her cheeks tauntingly over your body.
When Kate finally arrived, she was shocked at your progress. "35 seconds! Allen that's outstanding!" she exclaims. "Sophia! You're a miracle worker! Thank you so much!" she says hugging her friend.
The remainder of the month goes incredibly smooth. Sophia let her friend in on the secret "carrot" that got your motivation going and Kate was more than happy to have her friend involved. You slept well the rest of the month, sometimes snuggled between Kate's chest, other times tucked back in her crack. You even requested the familiar thong brace from the month before. The two women tweaked your technique to maximize your speed and before you knew it, you were running those city blocks in 18 seconds flat.
But was that enough to pass your exam and move on to the next focus?
