Carol smiles. That's not quite the reaction you were hoping for, but you can go with it.
"Why hello little guy.....where did you come from?" she asks.
So...you unload on her. You tell her about how you met her daughters in the water park, how they kidnapped you, how they've tortured you with their gigantic butts and then dropped you on Carol's chair to be smashed by her. Finally you told her about the twin's challenge for the flower and where you were for the duration of Carol's walk.
Through most of the story, Carol's expression went unchanged. Just sort of a half-grin. But when you told her the portion of how she sat on you at breakfast, and especially the part of being stuck in her shoe for the walk, you noticed her eyes light up. Another bad sign.
You started to back up slowly, but you knew that you had no hope of returning to the water park without getting back to the twins now. So you continued. "So with no flowers here, I was hoping you could help me get to the park and get one to bring back."
Carol, still lying on her chest and stomach, stretched her arm out and wrapped her hand around you. She pulled you directly in front of her face.
"So...you were that little extra padding I felt on my way here? You gave me that extra bounce in my step? I suppose I shouldn't be surprised afterall....My girls know how to pick a fun man. In any event....I could bring you back to the park, but I was really looking forward to my day at the beach and that would cut it terribly short. So I'll make a deal with you. I want you to make the time I do have left extra special. We're on a remote part of the beach. I want you to give me a massage, from my feet to my shoulders, front and back. Then we'll see what kind of a mood I'm in."
That's a pretty big task she's giving you. You don't really want to know the answer, but you ask anyway. "And if I don't? Or if I don't do a good job?"
"Well, in that case, I put you back in my shoe and take the long way home. Skipping the park entirely."
