Juli, with her eyes trained on your body with a sympathetic look, takes the lead and instructs Elise what to do.
"Elise, since this is your first day on the job, I'll take the lifeguard chair and instruct the next guest when to go down. I want you to keep your eyes on the line and ensure that no one gets out of hand. Watch what I'm doing too, as you'll need to be ready to do this on your own soon."
Elise nodded, but was disappointed she wasn't able to play with you while in the chair. Determined to make the most of it, as she watched the line she clenched her ass every few minutes reminding herself of her control over your tiny malleable body. Juli tried to stay focused on her task, but she couldn't help but worry about you. She wished there was something she could do.

There was a commotion further down the line, and Elise quickly moved out of Juli's range of vision to identify the problem and maintain order. She wanted to do her job well though, so she stayed focused on the disturbance in the line.
Two groups of girls had a disagreement over who was first in the line and who would get to go down the line first. Elise quickly and expertly diffused the situation and turned to walk back to the front of the line. As you heard Elise calmly and patiently talk the girls through the situation in a matter of minutes, you couldn't help but think how much better she handled the situation than you would have been able to. Had you been assisting Juli, one of the girls no doubt would have snatched you up and tormented you as Elise was currently and as Kim had earlier in the day. As much as you hated to admit it, she was much better suited to be a life guard and you were better suited to be a life guard's uniform.
As Elise walked away, one of the girls noticed her Jim-kini and complimented her on the uniqueness of the uniform. Elise thought for a moment whether she should acknowledge you or not.
