Kim went to a nearby burger joint and sat at the counter. She ordered a cheese burger as she mulled over how best to get Jim out of her boob, but none in her mind sounded like they would work. She was starting to curse her own cruel idea, she never thought about how she was going to get Jim back out again, her only thought at the time was to keep Jim to herself.
She supposed in this way Jim would always by her toy now. She looked at her boob and imagined the tiny guy inside and wondered what he must be doing. She shook her boobs left and right a little and she could barely feel tiny Jim inside but she knew she’d probably knocked him off his feet. It kind of felt like an inflated balloon with a toy inside, only it was her boob and the toy was a tiny man. Suddenly she felt something, it felt as if Jim was attacking the inside of her boob.
Jim finally snapped and began punching and kicking Kim as hard as he could. Though Kim probably didn’t feel any pain it made Jim feel better. He then began feeling the walls of his prison looking to get out the way he came in, once he found it he began pressing on it, trying to force his own way out through her milk duct.
Kim giggled at little as her burger arrived making the restaurant owner look at her oddly. Leaving her burger Kim quickly went to the rest room and locked the door behind her. She looked in the mirror at her boob, it was bobbing all around as Jim struggled and hit her in an attempt to get out.
Feeling this Kim was beginning to reconsider whether or not she wanted Jim out or not, maybe it would be fun to keep a tiny man in her bosom forever. Or at least keep him in there for safe keeping. After all if Mellissa didn’t believe there was a tiny man in her boob no one else was going to think the same thing either.

That’s when she saw it, her nipple began to bulk up as she felt Jim try to push his way out. She watched with amusement as Jim’s head began to appear through her nipples milk ducts, it was like watching her boob give birth, and by the look at his face he was putting a lot of effort into trying to escape her breast.
She could help him out very easily then she could do something else, but on the other hand she could just as easily and cruelly push him right back inside and trap him in there again.
“Hello Jim” she said “Here, let me help you”
