"Hi! You must be Michelle, the new hire?”
“Yes, that’s me.” Michelle nodded, looking up from her magazine.
The young brunette in front of her smiled brightly. “It’s nice to meet you! I’m Juli, your new coworker.” Juli clasped her hands together, “I look forward to working together with from now on.”
“Likewise.” Michelle smiled, standing up.
“Oh, I’m sure you’re going to love it here! We have all sorts of stuff that you can do like a jacuzzi, sauna, hot tub, a bar, and grill. Ooh we also have-.” The girl began to gush about all the park’s amenities and some of the perks that came with being employed here. Michelle smiled, nodding along to her coworker’s enthusiasm. “Then when the shift is over, Melissa lets us…ahh!” Juli suddenly facepalmed. “Oh no! I forgot that I’m supposed to take you to her office. P-Please follow me.” She stammered then quickly hurried off.
Giggling, Michelle was already starting to like her new coworker’s bubbly personality and quietly fell into step behind Juli. Neither of the two lifeguards noticed the small, discolored splotch on her thigh.
They quickly arrived at the door leading to Melissa’s office, but before they went through it, Juli paused at the entrance.
“Uh, Michelle.” she asked hesitantly, her earlier enthusiasm missing. “Did you happen to see my partner earlier?”
“Your partner?”
“Yeah. He’s the only guy that works here, but he’s really nice!" She quickly interjected, "One the best I’ve worked with so far... but I can’t find him.” Juli wilted at her own words and Michelle felt the urge to hug her. “Melissa told me that she sent him to go and get you, but when he didn’t come back, she sent me.” She fidgeted in place, worried written all over her face. “So, I’m hoping you might’ve seen him.”
“I’m sorry to say.” Michelle shook her head, “But I didn’t see anyone.”
“Oh..." Juli murmured. "Well, maybe you missed him because Jim is only an inch tall.”
Michelle blinked.
“...Excuse me?”
"Jim's an inch tall." Juli repeated, holding up her thumb and index finger. "He's about this tall, wearing red swim trunks, and is really squishy." She blushed and scratched her cheek. "I've accidentally crushed him a couple of times, but he usually bounces back after a while... if you can find him."
Michelle stared at Juli.
An inch tall man? Working here? This girl had to be pulling her leg.
...
Nope. Juli looked completely serious.
"I'll keep an eye out for him." Was all she could say.
Juli visibly brightened and pulled Michelle into a tight hug. "Thank you. Thank You. Thank you. And if you do find him, please tell me. I'm really worried about him."
"Sure." Michelle awkwardly patted her back.
Pulling away, Juli opened the door. "Melissa. I brought Michelle."
"Please send her in."
Nodding, Juli gave Michelle one last beaming smile before she headed off and Michelle stepped inside the office.
"Welcome." Melissa greeted her then waved towards the chair in front of her desk. "Please take a seat."
Michelle sat down, crossing her legs as she did so and coincidently hiding you underneath her thigh.
"I'm sure Juli must've already said this but," She spread her arms wide. "Welcome to the park. I'm Melissa, your boss and general manager here. If you have any questions while you’re on duty, my office will be open most of the day." She slid some paperwork across her desk. "Those are consent forms I need you to read and sign. Once you do so, then you can begin your shift."
Michelle took the papers and quickly skimmed through the contents. It was the basic kind of thing that most workplaces has you sign that there are certain dangers you need to watch out for and what the park will not be responsible for.
She signed it, then asked Melissa one burning question.
"Is it true that there's an inch tall lifeguard here?"
Melissa sighed then nodded, much to Michelle's shock.
"Yes, he's a newbie like you." Melissa held up a hand to stop Michelle's next question. "And no, this isn't a joke. I'm sure you'll run into him...eventually, but I have to ask that you show consideration for his size. He's rather easy to miss, so please watch your step."
"...Alright?"
What else could she say. This wasn't a joke.
"Enough about him." Melissa snapped her fingers, all business. "I need you to get you up to speed on what you'll be doing here."
From there, Melissa went over the details of what she'd need to do.
'Oh, blessed sun. I missed you.'
Having been smothered underneath Michelle's thigh for the better part of an hour, feeling the warm rays on your skin was a relief. It meant that you could actually start to reform, no longer trapped in the dark beneath the heavy bulk of the dark-haired girl's thigh. Though proving to be somewhat tricky as Michelle was currently on the move.
Knowing your luck, you'd end up smashed beneath her foot this time and that was an experience you'd like to avoid.
So bidding your time, you felt her thigh jiggle as she walked.
It was like a mini earthquake to you, each step sending a tremor up her leg that had the meat of her thigh quivering like jelly. And had you not been practically glued to her soft skin, it might've helped you work yourself free. But she unknowingly ground you flat into her skin, so it was going to take some time to work yourself free.
And from the snippets of conversation you heard, muffled by the meat of her thigh, Melissa had at least told her about you. So, if you could manage to reform, you had a good chance of getting your new coworker's help.
'And we're here...wherever we are.'
You felt your stomach drop to your feet as Michelle started to climb up the lifeguard tower, the alternating rise and fall of her thigh made for a nauseating ride.
It came as a relief when she reached the top and settled down in her chair.
Now all that was left to do was free yourself from her thigh.
“Yes, that’s me.” Michelle nodded, looking up from her magazine.
