The girl grinned with a malicious twinkle in her eye as she grabbed the necklace that you weren’t attached to, and unbuttoned the top few buttons of her blouse. She slipped the necklace on, tucking the center piece between her rather large breasts. She then buttoned her blouse back up, and quickly shoved you into the pocket of her tight pants.

Checking her watch, the girl smirked. “Shift’s over, and no one will know a thing.” She positioned Vicky’s purse how she had found it and shut the locker again, before strolling off with a cocky expression at how easily she had just robbed your sister and her best friend. Meanwhile, you were helpless to do a thing to stop this cruel girl from mercilessly twisting your fate.

The girl left Fun Zone and climbed into her car, starting it up and driving away. After a twenty-minute drive she hopped out of her car, but she wasn’t at her home. Instead, she had driven to a jewelry shop, where she was hoping to sell the necklace you were attached to for as hefty a price as she could bargain for. Tightly clutching you in her fist, she walked inside, humming a little tune, pleased with her clever scheme.

She dropped you down onto the front desk. “How much for this necklace?” She asked the receptionist, her bitchy tone clearly evident. The receptionist frowned at her demeanor, but kept a polite smile on her face.

The elegantly beautiful receptionist picked you up, running her smooth fingers over your entire body. She traced a manicured fingernail over your face, her sparkling eyes locked in concentration. After examining you for a few minutes, she set you back down on the desk and looked back to the selfish girl who had put you in this mess in the first place.

“How does one hundred dollars sound. It’s an exceptionally well-crafted necklace.” The receptionist stated her price, and the Fun Zone girl nearly fainted. She had expected no more than fifty, at most. Barely containing her excitement, she eagerly nodded, grabbed the money from the receptionist, and practically skipped out of the jewelry store.

The last thing you saw of her was her sizable rear end, swaying side-to-side as the thieving criminal disappeared from your view. She had stolen the property that had rightly belonged to someone else, potentially ruined your life forever, and had gotten a handsome payment for her dirty job too. You truly hated how sadistic fate could be sometimes.

Smiling sweetly, and blissfully unaware of what she had truly just purchased, the receptionist picked you up and carried you towards the front of the store. She unlocked a glass case containing an immaculately detailed mannequin wearing a drop-dead gorgeous wedding dress. The receptionist hooked the necklace around the mannequin’s neck, and then positioned you on the front of the lifeless figure’s plastic chest.

Relocking the glass display case, the receptionist returned to her post behind the front desk, and the day continued as normal. Within a few hours, the receptionist had forgotten that the entire exchange had ever even happened. The cruel girl who had stolen and sold you had also let the memory slip from her mind, as she purchased a cute new bikini and matching sandals and sunglasses with the money she earned from kidnapping and selling off a living being.

As much as you hoped and prayed for some sort of miracle to occur and free you from this torment, nothing happened. For an entire week, you could do nothing but hang on the mannequin’s neck, unable to do a thing to alert anyone to your true identity. You had long since exhausted yourself mentally sobbing and bemoaning this torture, your only human interaction listening to the muted voices of shoppers, dampened by the glass case you were trapped in.

Finally, something of note happened at the end of the week, as the receptionist unlocked the glass display case and reached for you. She unhooked the necklace from the mannequin’s neck, and held you securely in her palm. You didn’t know quite what was going on, until you heard another woman’s voice.

“Yes, that necklace is WAY too cute! I have to buy it for my big party tonight!” A woman exclaimed happily.

“Sure thing ma’am.” The receptionist nodded. "It truly is gorgeous. Let’s just ring up your purchase real quick…”

Frantically, you tried to see if you recognized the voice of the woman who was about to buy you. Was this finally your chance to break free of this pendant mold and return to life as normal? Who is buying you?
