“…I was far too lenient on him and he became so very confused.” Svetlana shook her head, annoyed by her own foolishness. “You see, I became careless. After my last few tinies were so successful I started to think that maybe it was okay to take it easy on them every now and then and let them sort themselves out over time. I mean, I know they can do it since once they’re sent out we never hear about more relapses. But…” She trailed off for a moment, indulging in wistful memories while Allira waited patiently. “But I forgot that the reason they’re here is because they’re not ready for that yet. My last little one was such a timid thing that I’d forgotten how troublesome some of them can be.” Straightening her shoulders, the blonde forced a determined gaze as she turned to fully face her younger roommate. “Always remember Allira, that there’s a reason our patients are sent to the ward, rather than just being able to get their licenses like a normal tiny and be sent off to their new lives without concern or disagreement. They’re sick, and it’s our job to help make them better.”

Still buried in your captor’s overwhelming rear, you wanted to scream, to cry out at the injustice of what this woman was saying about your kind. Receiving a usage license was not normal. The blonde spoke as if it was an inevitable part of growing up for a tiny. As if it was all any of you were ever destined for, and that to think otherwise was merely a sickness to be overcome. But that was wrong. You weren’t unwell. And even if you didn’t know exactly what you wanted from your life, you knew you didn’t want this. You wanted to be human. You wanted to live as normal a life as you could manage. Maybe even find love and start a family of your own. Right now though, right now all you could do was buzz angrily, a small vibration all you could muster in response. Oblivious as always, Allira merely felt you were buzzing in agreement, reaching back with her free hand to run her fingers along your back, intentionally grinding you into her darkest depths to show how much she cared.

Paying no heed to her friend’s movements, Svetlana took just long enough to make sure the ochre-skinned nurse was still listening before continuing. “Yesterday, I went for my jog with Felix in my shoe as always, this time borrowing Suree’s tiny for the other. We even beat our best time. After that, I let him serve as my seat cushion for several hours while I helped Grace with the front desk.” She remembered fondly the brunette’s poor attempts at hiding her jealously as she kept sneaking glances at the blonde’s rear, and more importantly the marvellously comfy tiny on which it rested. “When I was going to bed that night I was going to bring him with me like usual, but then I thought that maybe, no matter how much he loved being my cushion, maybe he would appreciate having a break, just for one night. So I… I foolishly left him in my shoes and gave him the chance to reform.”

Even at the time, a part of Svetlana had known it was a mistake, and from the look on her colleagues face she could tell that Allira agreed. “As you’d expect, being left without the comforting scent and pressure of my body, my poor little Felix’s thoughts got all jumbled again due to his MDPD. His wife delusions returned and he actually tried to escape.” The pale nurse swallowed audibly, remembering how scared she had been that morning. “When I checked my shoes, he wasn’t there. No matter how hard I looked he was gone. I didn’t know it at the time but he’d fled to the longue, and he actually tried to hitch a ride with a visitor. If it had been someone less reliable, we may have lost him.”

“Fortunately…” And here Svetlana’s sigh was one of relief rather than sadness. “Fortunately, the visitor he chose was Amelia. You know the one. The sister of one of Kayleigh’s tinies. Well, she knew full well the good that the ward does and wasted no time stomping little Felix back into his preferred cushion state then dropping him into her shoe for safe-keeping while she visited her brother.” The blonde nurse did laugh a little then, if brokenly. “Funnily enough, she almost accidentally left with Felix still on her person, but fortunately the scanner picked him up when she was leaving, and she explained what had happened. He was brought back to me soon after but… well you know the rest.”

Moved by her friend’s obvious distress, Allira threw her arm around the taller nurse’s shoulders and pulled her in for a side hug, running her fingers through long blonde locks as her roommate collected her thoughts. “The worst thing is that my weakness… my self-serving kindness, may now doom Felix to a much longer adjustment period. If Ms Rachel determines that his symptoms are sufficiently severe, Dr Miller may send him to undergo deep immersion therapy.” It was a thought that chilled them both, and even you felt a spike of terror at what that could possibly involve. “I’ve never had a tiny assigned to it before, but I’ve also never heard of a tiny being reassigned to the ward after being sent for that therapy. Maybe it’s cruel of me to say, but I don’t want to be like Grace. I don’t want to have my Felix taken away from me and then be assigned to desk duty to reflect on my mistakes."

Of course, all of the nurses knew what had happened with their receptionist’s last tiny, before she was moved to desk duty for the foreseeable future. Even Allira, who hadn’t been there at the time, had heard the story as a cautionary tale from the more senior nurses. At the time, Grace had been a promising nurse assigned her first tiny and was wholly committed to his wellbeing. Unfortunately, she had been perhaps a little too committed, too easily swayed by the little man’s own delusions. She had done the one thing that they were warned to never do. She had listened to the tiny’s pleas and had actually tried to help him return to his family. They were caught of course, and only after that same tiny, properly treated and counselled by Rachel, had told her that he had been wrong, did Grace truly realise her mistake, and beg for forgiveness. In the end, they’d let her stay on, though it would be a long time until she was trusted with a tiny again. Your unwitting tormentor sighed at the memory. “You know, rumour has it the deep immersion therapy facility is overseas. In a country with more enlightened laws around the proper treatment of tinies. Objectively, it’s the right thing to do sometimes, but I… I agree with you. I want our tinies to be here. I want to be the one to cure them.”

Though you kept missing words as Allira shifted from second-hand nervousness, you could make out enough to know that you didn’t like what was being said. The mere idea of something worse than what you were currently experiencing chilled you, even within the hot embrace of Allira’s butt. While you dreaded your future, your host’s attention was focused entirely on her colleague and friend, distressed to see a woman she looked up to so clearly despondent over perceived failures. Your fearful thoughts were interrupted as the redhead suddenly jumped to her feet, assets bouncing heartily while your tortured form struggled to maintain the mass of her booty, limbs stretched to their absolute limits to maintain the overflowing flesh. “That’s enough moping. Svetlana, you’re one of the best nurses I know. Yes, you made a mistake, but you can learn from this experience and be better in the future, both for Felix and for other tinies. Myself as well. I will learn once more from your example. I won’t make the mistake of being too soft with my tiny. I’ll remember your words.”

You tried to scream at the injustice of that statement, your body vibrating in response to your impotent rage, though all your received in response was the turbulent shaking of Allira’s booty, the nurse totally convinced that you were in full agreement as she continued to focus her attention on her roommate. “You’ve done so much good for your previous tinies Svetlana. I remember in just my first week I attended the graduation ceremony for your last one. His ex was so happy to accept her former lover back as her thong, and I just know he was overjoyed as well. And Talia told me all about your very first tiny. About how difficult that one had been after going through several nurses who were unable to help him. But you Svetlana, you persevered until he was finally able to accept his true calling as a bike seat cover at a woman-only gym, helping to support so many lucky ladies.”

Svetlana smiled at that, comforting herself with the knowledge that her previous tinies were out there now living their best lives. Wang Lei had been her first, and she’d never truly forgotten the so-called businessman who raved at his ‘captivity’ until she finally managed to show him the error of his ways. Though he’d failed to match with a lucky owner, they’d found an effective compromise. She still visited Workout World sometimes. Even if it was against ward policy to follow-up on former patients she couldn’t help herself, always gravitating towards that familiar seat cover to let him know that she hadn’t forgotten him. The exercise bike itself had been changed a half-dozen times, worn down from excessive use, but the cover was always recycled. One dedicated little tiny just doing his job. She hoped the others she had helped were just as happy with their chosen forms.

Seeing that she was getting through, Allira thought hard over what to say or do next. Wanting to help her friend while also continuing to care for the tiny she had been assigned. After thinking it through, she eventually reached what she saw as an ideal solution and suggested that they…
