Mackenzie throws on some good jogging music and starts warming up. You feel her moving her feet side to side to stretch, grinding you further into her shoe. She twirls her ankle around, scraping you from side to side. You can practically see the smirk on her face as she presses extra hard on you. Then she lifts her foot up to her butt to stretch her thighs - then suddenly back down to the ground and she starts running.
Each step squishes you over and over again. It's not long before the sweat really starts pouring in, covering you in salty fluid and smelling awful. Mackenzie does lap after lap around the neighborhood. Extra motivated by knowing the little brat is practically screaming under her foot, she finds the energy to go way further than she normally would, and really puts in some effort. By the end, you're completely crushed flat into the shoe and drenched in her sweat.
"Doing alright down there pipsqueak?" Mackenzie yells at you.
You wish you could scream obscenities back at her, but alas, you're little more than a paste under her foot at this point. You almost start to cry from frustration - if only you were capable of crying in your current state. Mackenzie was a completely bully, and she was just using her physical advantage to do whatever she wanted with you. The worst part was that was you knew you'd never grow big and get to fight her off - whatever she wanted to happen to you in the future would happen. If she kept you here in her shoes forever ... no one would ever find you.
As you started to hope that perhaps she was done and would let you go, Mackenzie started to do jumping jacks - the worst possible exercise for you, and she knew it. Now there was even more force with each step crushing you down, and you were swung from side to side with each jumping jack. Mackenzie picked up speed, intensifying the awful feeling of being swung around and crushed repeatedly.
Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Mackenzie heads back home. She certainly takes her time inside before taking her shoes off.
