"Thanks so much, Jake! Now, let's get you out of there," Maddie said looking into the shoe with a smile on her face. Reaching in with her hand she couldn't find an edge of your body not cemented into the fabric of her shoe and started to get worried. Now realizing that your body had been beaten down into nearly the exact shape of her other insole, not to mention when she looked back in forth between the soles in her shoes she couldn't she a difference in color due to the influx of black fuzz from her socks mixing with her own foot sweat. She must have worn you too long. She kept trying to find an edge to grab, but couldn't. Focused on getting you out, Maddie didn't hear the footsteps approaching behind her. Looking over Madrid's shoulder, you heard your fiance say, "Whatcha doin' Maddie?"
Surprised by her sister she quickly says, "Oh...um...I was...just thinking about going on a run." You were taken back by the excuse that she had come up with. At this point it would just be better for Cassie to notice you and save you.
"Why don't I join you then. I was just about to go for one as well. It has been a bit since I spent some time with you. I haven't seen Jake since yesterday, but he did want to get to know you guys better. He's probably with mom or Sophie right now. I didn't even make it to competition," Cassie replied excited.
Maddie looked back at you inside the shoe and said, "Sure. I think we could go on a run together." Maddie just stood there for a minute looking back and forth between you and Cassie.
Wondering what was going on, Cassie asked jokingly, "Are you not going to put your shoes on or just stare at them dummy? It's like anything is wrong with them." Cassie had looked at the shoes and couldn't tell what Maddie was looking at. They were just shoes. Reluctantly, Maddie bent down and grabbed your shoe and began to put it on. Your world was moving as you saw a shadow approaching the shoes entrance. Maddie's black sock, that she still has changed out of, entered going over the length of your body until it stopped sinking into the insole that you were. The heat and sweat from the competition was still inside the shoe but now the foot and sock that had caused it all was back inside. Instantly, the smell, heat, and dampness got worse. Her socked foot crushing you. The fibers of the sock were still so sweating that even just upon setting her foot down inside the shoe, sweat came pouring out instantly being absorbed by you. You were really starting to regret helping her at this point. Tightening and tie the laces and stomping a few times to ensure that they were as tight as they could get, Maddie put her other shoe on the same way and stood up ready to go.
"So how long did you want to go?" Maddie asked Cassie.
Cassie then replied to your demise, "I wasn't thinking about a particular distance, but I did want to run for at least a half an hour. Since we get to spend some alone time together." Maddie agreed and they set out the door. The steps were fine at first, but once they started run it was even worse then the competition. She was crushing you over and over. The crushing stepsshoe?ared and mangled your body even more so than at the competition, blurring your recognizable human features. You wondered if anyone could even recognize you anymore. The heat had really started to get to you as you passed out for the rest of the run. After the run, you woke back up and realized that Maddie was still wearing you. Cassie turned to turned to Maddie and asked, "Why don't we go grab something to eat while were out? We can get what ever you want!"
"Then I now the perfect place follow me", Maddie replied ecstatic that she got to spend more time with her sister. You couldn't believe it had she forgotten that you were still inside of her shoe. How long was she going to keep you in there. They got to talking while eating and didn't get home until two hours later. Walking inside the front door. Maddie and Cassie both took their shoes off. You could still hear them talking but the sound started to go away.
Were they walking away from you. Did Maddie actually forget that you were inside of her shoe
