Despite all the rubbing and grinding of Melissa's finger to her ass, you were still stuck underneath her fingernail as her hand rested on her stomach. However, the aggressive movements were enough to get you a little looser than before, which you noticed quickly and attempted to make good use of.
You squirmed and struggled, slowly pulling yourself away from Melissa's nail and onto her stomach, and this time you were actually making progress on escaping! But, right before you made it out, she felt you and thought were an itch yet again and rubbed her finger into another, pushing you right back below her nail. Luckily for you, though, you still weren't completely stuck under nail like before, and made another attempt at freedom a little slower this time as to make your movements less noticeable to the sleeping giantess.
Finally, your body popped free from its tight confinement and you were relieved to be able to move again after such a grisly night. Nevertheless, you knew you weren't completely safe just yet. Observing your surroundings, you saw that your mother must be laying flat on her back again, and you're standing right in front of her belly button (which was an innie, so, at your size it's much more of a canyon than anything). Further ahead of you, you see a field of pubic hairs and wince in disgust. "No matter what happens, I am not ending up in there," you quietly mutter to yourself. Behind you, you see the two massive mountains which you instantly recognize to be her boobs, and think to yourself "I would also appreciate not ending up between those..."
Even so, you don't have much of a choice, because you DEFINITELY aren't staying here on her belly either. It'd be too easy to be scooped up by her hand again or slip into her belly button or...
Just then, the ground below you begins to quake, and you watch as the mountains that were once standing stall begin to fall to their side in an all too familiar fashion. Suddenly you begin to slide down the now sloped surface of her stomach towards the flat expanse of the bed below. You try to hold onto something- anything-- but there's nothing to grip and you feel as your body descends through the air and lands with a cushy plop. Then, the looming shadow of Melissa's torso begins to take up your entire view and you close your eyes, not wanting to witness the imminent squashing that will surely ensue.

But it doesn't!
You meekly open your eyes to figure out why you haven't been crushed with the weight of an entire planet and you see Melissa's sideways figure still sitting up against you like a wall the height of the Empire State Building. And then, it dawned on you. She wasn't going to roll over on her stomach, she was just going to lay on her side! "Phew... that... was... close," you thought to yourself, happy that you were able to finally land on the lucky side of things for once.
Maybe you've finally found a position safe from her body...
Now, you have a decision you can ACTUALLY act on. Do you run to the edge of the bed and try to escape before Melissa squashes you again? Or do you trust your position here next to her stomach to be the safest bet?
