Carla reached the sofa that Phil was under and she bent down to see if she can see Phil.
She extended her arm underneath hoping to reach him, but her hand was just out of reach and Phil backed away quickly.
The hand dissapeared, and Phil can hear Carla's voice.
"I will be back, and next time, I will catch you" she said as she left.
Phil breathed a sigh of relief when he heard a sound. He turned around and saw a little mouse that was also hiding under the couch. Phil was made that this mouse got him in so much trouble.
He ran over to it, ready to beat the hell out of this rodent, but then he saw that the mouse was stuck in some glue of some sort. It must have been a paint sealant, the ones to cover up corners. He felt a little sorry for it.
The mouse's front paws were stuck in it.
Phil approached it slowly, letting it know that he was friendly.
Phil began scratching at the stucky sumbstance. It was working!
As Phil removed the glue, the paws were getting free. The only problem was that now Phil's legs are now stuck together.
He tried to use his hands to free the glue from his feet, but then some glue made his hands stuck together. Atleast his hands werent stuck to his feet also. With his hands glued together, and his feet glued together. Phil decided to use his mouth to free his hands.
He didnt want to make his mouth stuck, so he started spitting on the glue on his hnads to make it sticky.
After a few spits later, Phil heard footsteps return. He hope it is Connie, rather than her mom.
Then he saw a broom handle reach up to him. Since Phil's limbs were tied together, he couldnt move much. As the broom handle reached him, Carla pushed the handle with one more push and the handle hit Phil's hands and pushed his tied fists toward his face.
He tried to turn away, but his hands collided with his mouth.
Phil's mouth has been sealed shut by the glue.
With his last ounce of strenght, he managed to pull his fists away from his mouth, trying to avoijd touching anything else with them.
However, Carla aimed the broom handle once again at Phil and it stuck to Phil's feet.
She immediately pulled Phil out and laughed at his current situation.
"I put that sealant there for bugs. I guess it had other benefits as well." Carla noted.
