"I have to take a take a little trip to the mall to return some clothes. Then you are going to be punished at my house."
Once she parked. She grabs Phil and drops him into her shoe.
"Oh my gosh, you wouldn't believe how long I've been waiting to do that!" she exclaims.
She walks around the mall with Phil screaming and banging inside her shoe. If he had known how much the tickling pleased her, he probably would have stopped resisting. Phil notices that there is a hole in the shoe. It might be just big enough to get through.
