Phil was fully aware that the sandwich was slowly dwindling, and feared for his life. Ms. Prittey carefully bit down on the bread surrounding Phil's head, pulling it away, but leaving Phil intact. The little boy was now able to see what was going on. Ms. Prittey flipped the sandwich over, and Phil looked straight ahead to see his teacher licking her lips. "Mmmmmm," Ms. Prittey moaned, and closed her eyes as she brought the sandwich towards her mouth.
Scared of being eaten, Phil gave one last attempt at an escape. He slid his arms out of the bread, grabbed on to the outside, and pulled himself out. He climbed up on top, and just as Ms. Prittey was about to devour him, Phil jumped clear. The sandwich was placed in Ms. Prittey's mouth, while Phil landed on the teacher's desk. Ms. Prittey began to chew, and then opened her eyes. "Hey," she said, "this is not nearly as tasty as it should be." She looked to see Phil sliding down a wire that hung from her desk, making his escape.
Ms. Prittey got up and screamed "get back here!" Phil ran like the wind towards the door. Ms. Prittey chased after him, screaming "lunch doesn't get to run away, I'm supposed to eat you!" As he reached the door, Ms. Prittey tried to slam it shut to block his path. Fortunately, little Phil managed to sneak out just as she closed it. He stood in the empty hallway, and tried to decide where to go. He heard the door open, and Ms. Prittey screaming "where did my lunch go?" Phil turned and ran to his right, hoping that she wouldn't see him. No luck, she immediately spotted him and yelled "get back here you little sandwich topping!"
Phil ran as fast as he could, but could tell that Ms. Prittey was gaining on him. He then heard a lot of talking, and realized the cafeteria was in the next room. Just as Ms. Prittey reached down to scoop him up, Phil dove into the cafeteria, easily sliding through the crack in the double doors. Ms. Prittey dove after him, and the double doors burst open. Everyone looked up to see what was going on. Ms. Prittey was momentarily distracted by all the attention, and Phil attempted to hide.........
