Phil kept his distance, treading water a few feet away from Ms. Prittey's torso. The teacher cocked her head to the side and said "okay, if that's the way you want to play it." Phil hadn't realized that, while he was far from Ms. Prittey's stomach, her feet were actually behind him. She lifted her knees up, and snaked her foot underneath the boy. He realized what she was doing, but it was too late. Ms. Prittey's foot rose up, grabbed little Phil with her toes, and yanked him under water.

Beneath the surface, Phil was struggling mightily. He was unable to breathe, and Ms. Prittey's toes were too strong for him to break free. As he started to lose air, the toes rose up, and lifted him out of the water. He gasped as he was finally able to get air into his lungs. When he calmed down, he looked around and saw that Ms. Prittey was still holding him between her toes, and had hoisted him high above the water. He looked down at her and she called up "I told you that it wouldn't be good to swim far away." Phil thrashed around trying to get free, but Ms. Prittey just squeezed her toes together, foiling Phil's struggles.

"Alright Phil," Ms. Prittey said, "we're going to play a game............
