"Could you write out an In-School Suspension form for him while I contact his mother and inform her why her son will not be leaving the building for the next few days?"
"Of course ma'am." Sheila responds.
The principal picks up the phone and dials Phil's mother. "Mrs. Bermine? Yes, this is Principal Worthy from the School for Gifted Girls. I regret to inform you that Phil has created quite a stir today. Because of his problems dealing with the female students and staff here at the high school, I am assigning him an in-school suspension. He will serve his suspension under myself and my assistant Sheila Rose over the course of the next three days. No, don't worry, he will certainly be fed and taken care of. Yes, I'm sorry too."
With that, she placed the phone back on the reciever and looked at Phil with a glint in her eye.
"As I said to your mother, you will be spending the next three days *under* Sheila and I. I suppose we'd better get started shouldn't we?"
Phil glanced over his shoulder at Ms. Rose, who was licking her lips and had allowed her hand to slide below her waist and apply gentle pressure to her groin.
Who "oversees" Phil's discapline first?
