“Excuse me miss,” the occupant of the other cars states as she walks over to Sheila, inadvertently standing in between her and you. “What is your car insurance?”
She wouldn’t want to alert the driver to you by walking over in case that got her in trouble, so she stops to give her information in what will hopefully be a short exchange. In the moments it takes her to exchange car insurance, Phil sprints away. Next door is a picket fence and a small hole underneath the board in front of him to fit under. Being gated, Sheila can’t easily follow. This will give him time to decide what to do.
He can hear Sheila tell the other driver that she lost her contacts in the grass on the other side. As she looks, the second driver calls the police.
What does Phil decide to do?
