As he is waiting, Phil takes survey of his position. He can't get down from the chair without jumping, something he was not eager to do. Not that he was anxious to try and risk getting himself into anymore trouble by leaving anyway...but it was good to know.
Soon though, he heard footsteps coming from around the corner. Footsteps that he would discover belong to Sheila Rose, the principal's administrative assistant. Ms. Rose was even younger than the principal at only 25, but she was very intellegent and knew how to manipulate people. At 5'8, she was just above average height for a woman, with flowing brown hair. She always wore a very sharp and professional business suit, either with slacks or a short skirt, neither did a good job of disguising her hourglass figure. Today was a day for the skirt.
