Standing atop her shoulder, Phil admires the expanse of feminine beauty that was in front of him. He knew that as beautiful as this sight was, the girl was just as dangerous. She was wearing only a bikini, leaving very few places for him to hide.
He takes note of a few different options he can take to get past her chest. He can go around, between, or over. Going over seemed the most adventurous, but also the most dangerous as he would be completely open to attack from multiple angles. Going around seemed safer, but it meant walking a very narrow "ledge" around the side of one of her enormous boobs. He could go through, but she could simply smash her breasts together, essentially smothering and trapping him.
Then Phil had what he thought was a genius idea. He would crawl. He approached the valley between her boobs and dropped immediately to his stomach. He crawled commando style with smooth fleshy mountains on either side of him. As predicted, the girl smashed her breasts trying to trap Phil, but he was left with just enough space to slither though unharmed.
Getting back to his feet, he broke into a dead sprint across the expanse of her stomach. He knows he has to move fast because her hands are now in his blind spot, but he's running on very shaky ground.
