"I think," Ms. Li said, "that you are going to need a lot of additional practice. I will take you home with me and we are going to spend the entire night working on your form." She lifted Phil up with her toes and slid him into her shoe. Phil tried fighting back against the woman's toes but it was no use, she had him completely subdued. He kept pushing and clawing at them, with no luck.
When Ms. Li arrived home, she removed Phil from her shoe and dropped him onto the floor. Phil looked up and realized he was in what appeared to be a dojo. "Phil," Ms. Li said, "welcome to my home dojo. We are going to train tonight until I am satisfied that you are able to handle an opponent, or until I feel that the matter is hopeless." There was a knock at the door and Ms. Li called out "come in." She then said to Phil "I invited some friends to help us train, they are all martial arts teachers and have a lot to teach you." She turned around and said "ah, just in time, ladies, meet Phil." She grabbed on to Phil with her toes and tossed him up into the air. Ms. Li caught Phil and said "Phil, these are my friends. They are Mistress Joanna, Mistress Chelsea, and Mistress Monique." Phil eyed the women, all of whom were wearing cut off tank tops, shorts and no footwear. "For our session tonight," Ms. Li continued, "you will refer to me as Mistress Janet."
"Alright then," Ms. Li said, "here is how the evening is going to work. Phil will be in the center of the mat and I will call out his attacker. That woman will attack Phil and he will attempt to defend himself. If Phil can pin his attacker, then the training will end. If the attacker pins Phil, we move on to the next attacker." She then turned to Phil and said "Phil, if your attacker has you pinned, the match will not end until you call out 'I submit, Mistress....' and then say the name of the woman who bested you. The match will continue until you call out that phrase." Ms. Li looked around and asked "is everyone ready?" The women nodded and Phil said "wait, can we rethink this?" Ms. Li responded "Phil, this is for your own good."
Phil was placed in the middle of the mat and Ms. Li called out "Mistress Chelsea." Phil looked up and watched Chelsea come towards him. The woman was in her mid-thirties, with a very muscular body. She stood above Phil and lifted her foot. Phil decided to go on the offensive and ran towards her other foot. He leaped on to the other foot and began to climb. He hoped that somehow he could make her fall, thereby winning the match. Chelsea allowed Phil to climb up her to her ankle and then dropped to the mat. She sat down cross-legged, trapping Phil against her ankle with her thigh. The tiny boy was hopelessly pinned, but what was worse was that he was unable to speak. He tried to call out the magic phrase, but his mouth was completely covered. He struggled to get free, hoping to free himself just enough to call it out, but found himself unable to do so.......
