Karen ran like her life depended on it through the crowded hallway as the senior bullies pursued her. She was able to gain an advantage from her smaller size as she was able to pass between people. Maybe being a smaller freshmen isn't so bad after all. She eventually reached the end of the hallway with a choice whether to go to the right or to the left. She went to the right, and when the seniors came up to the same place, they went to the left. She had eluded them. Phil had no idea what was going on being bounced in the darkness of her palm.
She finally let him out. He looked around and noticed that he was in a booth of the girls' bathroom.
"We got away. Now let's see what do we want to do together?"
