"Well, I'm going to go eat lunch first. You're not worth it to keep me hungry."
Phil felt good inside this gave him a chance to escape from her before she did whatever she had planned for him. Much to his surprise, Karen reached down and picked him up though.
"What are you doing? I thought you were going to lunch," Phil objected.
"Do you really think I'm stupid enough just to leave you here?" she responded. "No, I need to keep you with me so that you can't get away. You're coming to lunch with me, in my shoe."
With that she took off her right sneaker, dropped Phil in, and put it back on. Phil was quickly forced under her toes and surrounded by her sweat and stench. He tried pounding his way out but to her it only tickled. Eventually due to physical exertion of pounding and lack of sufficient oxygen, Phil faints.
Phil regained consciousness as Karen is finally taking him out. Where are they?
