Mario and Luigi nodded at each other, their decision chosen. With not much choice, they dashed towards Daisy's shoe, jumping on each other's shoulders for support to climb just the ridges. Feeling a great wind rush them, the Bros clung to the porous orange wall as Daisy raised her foot to walk, each step a shattering boom,threatening to send them both flying. With great determination, they continued on and up.
In half an hour, they had just made it past the first ridge, reaching the tip of the shoe. A barren land of continous orange greeted them. They loked at each other, and went on, their incredibly small selfs trekking across Daisy's shoe.

Peach and Daisy sat at a table from across each other, worriedly pondering about their missing plumbers."What did that mushroom do..."Peach shook her head.
In came the gardener toads, all of them nervous."Your highness..."One piped up."Those were the wrong mushrooms! We were going to dispose of those today!!"
"Then...what did they do to our Mario an Luigi?"Daisy asked.
"They were shrinking mushrooms...extremely potent too! For all we know, Mario and Luigi are specks, lost forever in that garden."
The princesses gasped."Or worse.....they uh...ended up as tiny, tiny stains beneath one of your feet."
Peach fell unconscious from shock. Daisy jumped up, tending to her friend.

They had reached a checkpont at least. They were halfway up Daisy's ankle now, after only a three hour trip. Mario wiped sweat from his brow, Luigi panting heavily beneath him. Mario urged his weaker-willed brother on. Just a bit more, and they could rest on Daisy's knee, another checkpoint many miles above on the tower that was her leg.
