Link couldn't believe what he had just heard and decided to forgo being polite anymore and started squirming to get out of her grip as best he could. Medli just giggled at this and slightly tightened her grip on Link, completely taking the breath out of him and leaving him unable to move. After a few seconds of this she loosened her grip a bit and Link felt something running across his head, dimly he tried to look up and realized that she was petting him with her index finger.
"You're just so adorable like this Link, I can't let you go...and besides, it's way too dangerous out there for you now, but don't worry, i'll keep you safe." Medli said bringing Link closer to her face. It completely encompassed his vision and he found himself intimidated by this giant rito all over again. Link attempted to protest, to explain that he had to rescue his sister, but Medli just put her giant finger over his mouth after a few seconds of this.
"Now now Link, like I said, it's far too dangerous for you to be doing that, you need to stop worrying about all of the hero nonsense, you won't be doing anymore of it" Said Medli, sounding as if she was scolding a young child, or even a pet. Link felt indignant and incredibly humiliated, he DID NOT have time for this and was prepared to take action...
