Smacked Down VG Shrink chapter 9 by copier · original author: tinylelouch

Despite being a farm girl Malon’s perfectly toned legs were simply too soft to support poor Link’s body weight, his grip didn’t even last a second before he began to fall. With his back to the incoming ground Link got a good look all the way up Malon’s dress, her muscular yet feminine legs…those luscious thighs…the dark red underwear she wore…the sight was making Link happy in a way he didn’t understand; maybe if he aged properly he would’ve known but skipping seven years in time left him rather clueless. The lack of teenage perversion did have an advantage though, Link managed to keep his head clear and focus on the matter at hand, his death if he didn’t save himself.

He already got a faint whiff of the inside of Malon’s boots, he did not want to experience that at Ground Zero, nor get acquainted with the ground or Malon’s boot treads. No matter where he could land Link would end up dying, be it the impact of falling, crushed inside Malon’s boot, or simply getting crushed by the boot. Something had to be done in order to save himself.

In a single split second Link ran through all his tools in his mind, seeing which would work. Most of them weren’t even relevant to the situation; in fact, the only one that could possibly be of help would be the Longshot, but Malon’s legs weren’t like leather, it wouldn’t likely latch on. That ruled out every single tool he considered, but Link’s subconscious knew what to do. Link’s hand found its way to the Master Sword, quickly unsheathing it; and like many times before, in order to save his life from plunging to his doom, Link stabbed the sword into the nearest surface possible, Malon’s upper ankle. He didn’t want to use it given it could hurt Malon, but Link’s instincts basically forced him to do it. It worked wonderfully, Link slid a few feet to a stop, no longer falling. There was but one thing Link regretted about this…the several feet of leg cut open by the Master Sword, blood started pouring out in gallons; although to Malon the cut was maybe an inch, the blood hardly any. Some of Malon’s blood dripped down to Link, but he didn’t even notice it in comparison to what happened moments earlier.

“YEOW!!!”

The second Link stabbed Malon the giant cowgirl let out a deafening roar of pain, it couldn’t have hurt that much, but the surprise was what caused the scream; Link instantly felt bad. But there was a silver lining, “What was that?!” Malon verbally questioned as she began to lean over to examine her wound. Surely she would see Link beside her cut and all would be well, he might have to pay for cutting Malon later but at least he’d be found!...Right?

Not even close, Malon sat down and, with her ankle on its side, investigated her cut. Her self diagnosis didn’t do much to make Link happy, “Ow…I must’ve stepped by a sharp twig…or maybe even a small shard of glass…I better find it to make sure the horses don’t get hurt…” Link stared sadly at his sword, the legendary Master Sword, a small twig? Not a proud moment, especially given Malon didn’t notice him.

“Hmm?” Link’s hopes raised back up when he saw it, Malon was looking right at him! “What’s that…?”

Link, waving with one arm while the other held his blade, yelled for Malon’s attention, “Malon!! Don’t here! It’s me…Link! Fairy Boy!”

Malon’s hand began to come towards Link, she heard him! Now she’d pick him up and all would be well in Hyrule again…wait…that hand was coming awfully fast…and it was open…

SMACK!

Malon smacked her ankle with a bit of force, “Ugh, damn mosquitoes; drink my blood? Not on my watch, if you guys are around then the Cucco’s get hurt too!” It was sweet that Malon was looking out for Lon Lon’s Cucco’s…but what about Link? Malon brought her open palm up to her face to check.

Right in one of the wrinkle’s of her hand was a slightly red, very light headed, Link. He had an almost comical expression, “Hey Malon…I see Cucco’s…I didn’t know they could fly…” He was literally seeing birds, but Link managed to recover a moment later. “Ugh…Malon…! I’m right here! It’s me Link, don’t hurt me!” He would’ve waved his arms or something, but Malon’s strong smack had left his puny form embedded into the wrinkle’s of her palm, Link couldn’t even move. And to fit into a wrinkle of the farm girl’s hand…Link’s pride took another blow.

Malon meanwhile, stared intently at her hand. The mosquito looked rather odd…some sort of a mixture of red and green; Malon never saw anything like it, and for some reason she seemed to have a desire to examine it further…the red could be her blood but that would mean the mosquito was green…what kind of mosquito is green? Not any Malon knew of.

Link continued his pleas for help too, but his small, squeaky voice didn’t even register point blank. He soon realized it was futile and took to struggling for the use of his limbs. Some red liquid got into his face, maybe his or Malon’s blood…he sort of hoped his because he didn’t want to accidentally ingest any of Malon’s blood, that would be a little weird…and maybe taste funny. But it did end up making Link wonder how bad he looked. If Malon saw bright green she’d have a better chance of recognizing the Hero, but if it was mixed in with a lot of red then there would be no way of telling. Link’s first plan of action would be to free a hand and wipe the blood off, not just for his own comfort but it could help boost his odds of getting recognized.

Not even a moment after the planned was formed did Malon say, “…Wait a second…” Link stopped his struggles.
