Rang Scarlet's loud and irritating laugh. Looking up, Cloud saw Scarlet putting on her stockings and heels. Once ready Scarlet's massive hand enveloped the physically exhausted Cloud and brought him to her face. A cruel smile on the woman's face indicated she was up to something sinister. "How about we see that Ancient girl of yours to see how she's doing?" Cloud's recent ordeal became irrelevant as he sprang to life and asked "Really?!" Scarlet nodded her head and replied "Oh yes, I am curious about how she's doing. Who knows by now she'll be loyal to us and will see you as insignificant." Remembering how he heard Aerith is being experimented on to change her disposition made Cloud frown. But he had no time for despair as he felt Scarlet's hand cover him completely.
He felt the warmth it provided all over. No doubt he couldn't fight against Scarlet's fingers, they'd squeeze the life out of him in retaliation. Within moments Cloud felt Scarlet stand and begin to move. She turned this way and that way for a couple of minutes and soon she stopped. Opening her hand Cloud saw that right in front of him was Aerith looking dull in the eyes. So lifeless, so depressing, this wasn't the lively Aerith he knew. The thought of what kind of experiments they did to her horrified and angered Cloud. Looking around it seems like Scarlet brought Cloud to a private room in Shinra HQ. Similar to the one she used for when Scarlet had her massage. It had a bed, a nightstand, a table, a bathroom, etc. "So this is where they keep Aerith after the experiments end." wondered Cloud.
Cloud suddenly felt Scarlet's palm extend itself forward towards his massive friend. Aerith looked on at Cloud's tiny form being offered to her. Aerith did not speak a single word. Not even a sigh, a moan, or a grunt. Aerith raised her own hand and started to reach out for Cloud. The silence was highly unnerving as Cloud felt Aerith's fingers wrap themselves around his body. Lifting him off Scarlet's open palm Cloud was now at the mercy of Aerith.
