She could do this because he made C-world much bigger than Earth however these humans were still the same size so it all meant was that she had more worshipers.
The people of C-world awoke. Some of them were former inhabitants of Earth. They looked around and saw lush green forests, pure water that shimmered and a pure white sky that radiated a divine glow that illuminated the world. They thought they were in paradise until they realized what the white sky actually was. The newly created humans were on a different part of the world it was on the imprint that (at the time) Goddess Kallen left on the Earth. With my divine powers I created this paradise and revived all humans who deserved to be revived that I killed. However I made this planet much bigger than Earth so I created some new people. They are exactly the same as the original humans. Right now I have separated you both so you can adapt to my new world. Each civilization has one city quite developed by me. Most notably it has a library where you can educate your selves. The final change you may have noticed is that there are no children or elderly in this world. That is simply because I do not need those kind of people so I reincarnated them as one of the newer humans. You have 10 years to adapt to my world. during these 10 years I will be watching over and protecting you." Goddess CC proclaimed
Goddess CC using her divine powers sped up time by 10 years. To her only 4 seconds had passed but in those 4 seconds she was able to see and comprehend everything that happened in C-world in 10 years. All of mankind had heard Goddess CCs voice resonate throughout their very being and had realized that the sky was Goddess CCs skin. They knew that Goddess CC was so vast and powerful that they could not even comprehend one of her body parts. Even the humans who were killed by her accepted her as their Goddess. Mankind began to develop their cities. Technology was set back a bit but the libraries that Goddess CC provided had information on nearly everything. Each of the cities had 100s of millions or even billions of humans so things were developed and built extremely fast. Overpopulation was not a problem as the cities were the size of continents back on Earth. Moreover there were crops everywhere full of fruit and veg that tasted better than anything on Earth. But that did not hold a candle to the water. It was divine (as it was Goddess CCs saliva) just one drop could make a human die happy.
"I have given you long enough to adapt, you have done well but now, I am sure you realized by now that this world is better than Earth ever was. In return for this, I Goddess CC want to be worshiped."

The sky had turned a dark pink, they welcomed their end and started to praise Goddess CC. Goddess CC opened her mouth.
"You all love me. I am going to kill you yet you love me. Even though I created you for the sole purpose of worship, even knowing this you still love me. Well I did make you all a paradise. So it seems I do have a tiny bit of love for you all. Meaning that this time I will spare you and as a bonus you have the privilege of worshiping me and touching my divine skin." Goddess CC said
