Her plane to the USA took off the next day, and since Canada lived about half a kilometer from the airport, Ukraine decided to read some fanfiction. Some she smiled at, some she growled at, and some she blushed at, all the while occasionally poking her stomach, which had quieted down in terms of movement, to stir her friend. Ukraine sighed as her plane took off the next day.
When she arrived at the airport, since America didn't live too far away (only about a mile), she rented a car and began the long drive. And her gut began to groan and moan again, so she rubbed it.
"In a little bit," she whispered to it as the curvaceous Ukrainian pulled up in America's driveway. When Ukraine opened the door, she gasped at America, who, like she'd thought, was also shrunken down.
"Ukraine! Thank fuck you're here!" America cried out in joy. "I woke up like this and, well, since I'm now so...so short, I can't reach my phone to call England, ask what happened." Ukraine's stomach gurgled (thankfully not in the process of digesting Canada), and she smiled at her girlfriend's(?) sister.
"Sure," she chirped. "I can help." With that said, she gently picked up the shrunken American woman, dropped her in her mouth, and swallowed, tracing her path down into the rumbling organ as Canada finally got some company.
"Sis!" Canada cried out, although Ukraine knew her voice was heavily muffled from the inside. "You're here!"
From what she could feel, the two sisters embraced, hugging each other deeply. "Oh I'm so glad to see you again," America breathed. The two chuckled before the American personification said something Canada heavily blushed at. "Now, I can guess you're wishing Ukraine put you in her womb, aren't you?"
Ukraine herself chuckled. "Alright then," she said to herself, "off to Seychelles it is then."
