As she walked closer to him, he began to worry more and more until the point where she's right infront of him and he has realized that she didn't notice him.
At that moment irina got a text from somebody and stopped for a moment to respond to it. After standing there for a few moments she felt a crunch beneath her right foot. "Ugh, this run-down shack is filthy, and there's bugs crawling around everywhere" she said in disgust as she took a tissue out of her purse and wiped an oddly red liquid off her sweaty bare foot.
All of that was much worse for nagisa. As nagisa watched his giant English teacher raise her foot above him unknowingly, he knew that he wasn't going to survive. He thought he could at least have a quick painless death, but oh so sadly, that was not the case. When irina's foot came down on top of him, she stopped, which meant she didn't put her full weight on top of him, instead it was only about 3/4 which was keeping him alive, for now. But then eventually, the bones in nagisa's body gave out and he was splattered underneath the foot of his beautiful English teacher.
