It was a sunny beautiful school day on the high school that the legendary Capture God attended. Unfortunately ever since the demon girl Elsee came into his life things have taken a turn for the worst. Thanks to a contract he made with her while unaware of the dangerous details it contains, Keima is now forced to help Elsee capture the loose souls or weiss as they are called. If he fails both he and Elsee will lose their heads. Many methods exist like fulfilling a possessed person's deepest desire, but Keima chooses to conquer the heart of the possessed woman as these spirits prey on the negative emotions of women. Once he conquers them, usually with a kiss, the weiss is driven out and captured by his demon partner. The possessed female victim loses her memory of the conquest. However, there can be exceptions. In addition to the existence of weiss who feed on negative emotions, there are goddesses who grow stronger on the affection being showered on the girls. Girls who have goddesses do not forget the conquest. Keima has come to understand this when his distant childhood friend Tenri came back into his life with the Goddess Diana within her. It has become a troublesome situation for the Capture God as all he really wants is to enjoy his dating sim games for his handheld gaming device...
"Ni-sama!!"
Comes a familiar voice. Keima's eyes are locked onto the screen of his handheld as he raises it with both hands close to his face. "NI-SAMA!!!" comes the voice again. Putting the device down, Keima turns to see Elsee behind him as they're both walking towards the main exit of the school grounds. The raven haired demon girl looks towards him and says "Finally...caught up...." Elsee for a demon from hell, or New Hell to be precise is not much of a demon neither in behavior or looks. Keima at one point believed that she could be of good use to help fulfill the contract that holds him prisoner. But as he spent more and more time with her, he came to realize that......Elsee was a complete moron. Rarely was she ever truly useful. For that matter Elsee managed to ruin the marriage of Keima's mother and father by moving into his home telling his mother the lie that Elsee was an illegitimate daughter of Keima's father. Once she got settled in, she continues to fool people by saying that Keima is her brother. Not letting that particular aspect affect him however, "What is it?" asks Keima as his eyes lock down on the handheld and resumes playing.
Elsee brings out a magazine that displays fire trucks and says sounding excited "Today is the new issue!" "Fire trucks again?" thinks a slightly peeved Keima. Opening his mouth Keima says "Don't bother me with such nonsense. We have work to do. If you have time to waste on that then you should apply it to capturing the Weiss or helping me solve the mystery of the goddesses." Says Keima in a harsh manner.
Those words pierced Elsee's heart. Too many times Keima has acted cold towards Elsee. After being repeatedly scolded by him something has become apparent and that's that Elsee has grown sick of it. "How can you be so mean!" demands Elsee. Turning to give his back to her Keima replies as he begins walking away "Because you don't see the severity of the situation. If you can't focus and be of proper assistance I can't do much on my own. I want a partner I can actually rely on." Those critical words began to feed the negativity growing within Elsee. Letting her new found emotions to take hold she extends her broom to the unaware Keima who is walking away. Shining with energy Elsee shoots a beam towards Keima.
To Keima the beam hit him and within instants the view of the floor started to close in on him forcing him to let go of his gaming device. Keima was never an idiot, his grades prove it. But more than anything seeing his PFP at such a gigantic size laying on the floor of the school grounds gave the mystery away. Keima realizes that he's shrunk. But rather than panic over his predicament in the usual way, Keima opens his mouth and screams to the top of his lungs:
"THIS CAN'T BE! My backlog of games! I'll never finish them if I stay like this! NNOOOOO!!!"
Elsee has done what she wanted to do. She's placed Keima in a situation where he can't run his mouth with ease and possibly offend others. Taking a few steps forward and bending down, she picks up Keima's PFP. As she stands she smiles triumphantly. Now there are two options left for Elsee to take, she could take Keima home and start teaching him some manners or she can leave him on the school grounds at the mercy of what to him will look like giant students.
What does Elsee decide to do?
"Ni-sama!!"
