It was surprisingly quiet in the room as Robin rested, gathering his thoughts. He didn't know what the girls had planned, but he had hoped to use the break to reorganize his thoughts. Unfortunately, on the table he was resting on, it appeared there were no obvious exits, and no way to signal for help. All he could do was sit and wait for his next tormentor to come inside.
Or rather, he would if a powerful force hadn't held him firm to the table. Bindings he couldn't see held him flat to the table as the sound of footsteps filled his ears.
"Comfortable?"
"No," Robin answered flatly.
"Good."
Her face came into Robin's view as she recognized Zatanna, showgirl outfit and all, as she grinned at him. He offered a snide smile, only to be met by a powerful impact on his tiny midsection.
"What are you grinning about? We know what your problem is, and we're going to beat it out of you!"
"Sure you are," Robin answered, only to receive another powerful blow to his midsection from what appeared to be the gigantic magician's wand.
"When you're in here with me, there's to be no back talk, understand?"
"Or else what?" Robin asked defiantly. The woman merely grinned.
