Ranma was greeted by the curious expression of Nabiki Tendo, Akane's older sister. The conflict between Akane and Shampoo having blasted the tiny martial artist flying out of the room, Nabiki had used surprisingly good reflexes to snatch the flying Ranma out of the air, having initially mistaken him for a doll of Akane's. However, upon closer inspection, she could see that was clearly not the case.
"Ranma?" She asked in a surprised tone. "What happened to you!?" Ranma crossed his arms in frustration.
"I think that old geezer Happosai spiked my food with something tonight! ...That or Akane's cooking has reached new levels of terrible." He said, unable to prevent himself taking a jab at his fiance. Nabiki seemed displeased with it, and gave Ranma a stern frown. "Is that so?" She asked. "Well. If it was Happosai, I'd go and deal with it now. But since you're so certain that it's my sister's cooking, I guess I can wait until she's cooled off." She said, walking away from the bedroom and heading down the stairs to the main floor, Ranma in hand.
"Nabiki wait!" Ranma exclaimed. She looked back at him with a smirk. "Besides, even if it was Happosai, that's a bit out of my way. Of course if there was something in it for me, I might consider it..." She said, with a rapidly widening grin. Ranma gave a groan. "I can't exactly get you money like this Nabiki!"
"Then I guess you're stuck with me. Now, I'm heading out on the town and I guess you're coming with me Ranma. I can't simply carry you in my hand the whole way, so I'll have to store you in my ____."
"Ranma?" She asked in a surprised tone. "What happened to you!?" Ranma crossed his arms in frustration.
