It was captain Soi fon. Uryu was glad it was someone he could probably depend. Now uryu wondered how he could get her attention. While he was thinking he was suddenly snatched up and brought up to eye level with Captain Soi. It didn't take long for uryu to realize that Soi had something to do with this. The two stared each other for a while in silence until uryu finally asked "why have you done this to me?"
