Naruto grinned and used Sonido to appear on the floor. Smiling, Yoruichi simply slid out of her bed and stood before her patient/opponent. Just like yesterday, Yoruichi swung her foot at him in a sweep kick. Naruto, however, tried a different tactic than last time. A orange ball of energy formed in his hand and he slammed his Cero into the floor as it was being aimed at the limb of the Flash Goddess. the energy exploded outwards towards her foot and not only did Yoruichi jerk her foot away to avoid the blast, but a small part of the floor was carved up.
Looking down, Yoruichi noticed Naruto had vanished. She grinned. Using the environment as part of his countering her kick? Those kind of tactics being used was a real positive sign of his recovery. She felt a barrage of Balas slam into the back of her knees, trying to trip her and tip the scales to her whisker-faced friend's advantage. Yoruichi laughed.
"If you think this is going to stop me, your crazy!"
"Crazy like a fox!" Naruto quiped in response.
Getting a beat on his voice, Yoruichi slammed her heel into where it was coming from. But when she pull her foot away, he was already gone.
"Heheh...here kitty kitty!" Naruto teased.
Yoruichi rolled her eyes but smiled, Naruto was fond of witty banter, so it was a good thing.
"Why not come to me instead?" she giggled.
"Heh. Enjoy being chased do you? Fine by me!"
Yoruichi slapped her cheek as a papercut appeared there.
"Missed me, missed me, now ya gotta kiss me!"
Yoruichi laughed again. "Isn't the kiss given to the winner?"
His reply was to launch a gumball-sized Gran Rey Cero into her stomach and she faked a wince, sure Naruto hadn't put everything he had into that attack and there was how the size difference between them effected they're spiritual powers, but it never hurt to boost his faith in himself with a little acting.
"If that's the case, I have a really good reason to win, don't I?" Naruto said, reappearing before her. But he suddenly cluched his stomach and buckled over. His "breakfast" was catching up to him. The arrancar vomited and Yoruichi stopped to rub his back with a finger, concern all too clear all over her face.
"You ok?"
Panting, Naruto looked up at Yoruichi. Planting his sword into the floorboards, he used it like a cane and supported himself with it until his ill feeling passed.
"I can still go on." Naruto stated.
Closing her eyes and shaking her head, Yoruichi had to admit he was a stubborn one. Still, it was what she was hoping for. Yoruichi grabbed his head in between her big toe and her index toe. Naruto's head was stuck between her toes. She then gets an idea and kicks backwards, releasing her grip and tossing him onto her bed.
"Take ten just in case." she said.
Naruto complied with her instructions and then dashed around her in a circle using Sonido as he peppered her with a seemingly endless barrage of Balas.
How does this round go?
