Orihime started to stare blankly into space. Ichigo looked back at her with curiosity, concern and maybe some fear. "Orihime, are you...OK?"
Orihime shook her head, trying to say that she wasn't "OK". However, she couldn't bring herself to say this, as something was erupting from within. A secret she tried to keep under control, but hadn't been able to. Her insanity and power had been building, due to what lay hidden in her, goading her into using her immense power for evil. The source of her newfound power finally overwhelmed her...and she began to scream as a hole in her chest started to emerge.
"Oh crap."
Those words went through Ichigo's head, as Orihime's clothing shifted to a more villainous manner. Although her outfit still reflected her, it reflected...a different part of her. Her head bobbed back and forth, like her neck was a string, as she barely managed to say a sentence. "I'm sorry...it's been hiding for so...long... ...Ichi---"
As she attempted to say Ichigo's name, her body took on a slightly light purple hue and her mouth sealed shut. It opened into a wide smile, revealing a mouth of razor-pointed fangs and a long scaly tongue, dripping with saliva.
"Orihime" then stated, "It's good to be myself again...but I did really like your friend's body..."
The monstrous Orihime then turned back into her old self...in physical appearance at least.
"Ooh, much better. I feel all pretty again. Now, what do you say, we go have some fun, Ichigo? We can..."
