Humming a cheery song Orihime walked home, bobbing her head back and forth to the tune she hummed. Due to this Naruto had a bit of an adventure keeping a grip but thanks to the seemingly never ending amount of Orihime's hairs he had plenty to grab on.
He listened intently, searching for something remotely related to the people Tatsuki mentioned. She gave brief descriptions of each person and as far as Naruto could tell he couldn't see," A strawberry haired thug, a giant tan mexican, a mega nerd, or a devious short haired girl."
"God she sucks with explanations." Naruto complained, considering leaving. The exact second after the tiny ninja spoke Orihime stopped dead in her tracks, "Did someone say something?" Turning both ways the redhead searched for the source of a voice, of course not finding the source of the voice almost directly on her neck.
Wiping some sweat from his brow Naruto sighed in relief, "Thank god, if this girl found me I could be in trouble. Hell if Tatsuki found out I might be dead!" The ninja stopped his whining, he had the sudden eerie feeling he was being watched.
Out of his eyesight, a portion of one of Orihime's hairpins began to glow and broke apart from the accessory, turning into the shape of what appeared to be a thug wearing a scarf and a black and red body suit. He was Orihime's means of attacking, Tsubaki.
Of course the girl noticed her rude spirit right away, "Hello Tsubaki." Hearing Orihime address someone Naruto looked around all over for some person, soon finding the supposed person was small yet bigger than him, and was floating just in front of the girl he was tailing.
The ninja's eyes narrowed into a sad shape, "How come he can fly? I'm smaller!"
Ignoring the ninja and even Orihime Tsubaki sneered slightly, "Don't you hello me girl! You couldn't even notice you've been getting tailed!"
With a blank look Orihime turned around, of course seeing nothing. Slapping his face Tsubaki began rubbing the bridge of his nose. "On your neck."
Without a second thought, or even a first one for that matter Orihime reached her hand around her neck and grasped along her hair, eventually finding something that didn't belong, something alive.
Pulling the being into sight Orihime let out a short gasp, "Are you a new spirit? What's your power?"
Naruto opened his mouth to respond but Tsubaki intervened, flying by Orihime's head and punching it. "Think first girl! If I had to warn you about him he obviously isn't one of us!" With a grunt Tsubaki returned to Orihime's accessory, probably not wanting to get further annoyed.
A slight red mark on her cheek Orihime asked, "Who are you and what were you doing on my neck?"
Naruto bit his lip, if he told Orihime about Tatsuki it could potentially ruin their friendship. One of them could torture him, hell both of them could! Yet if he lied he would have to roll with it and for a dimwit like Naruto that would be pretty hard. Not to mention this Rukia girl he was also looking for.
