A Walk with The Mizukage

The Mizukage walked to the window of her office, letting out a content sigh. The normal clouds and rain that drenched her home had broken for once, showering the city in a wave of light that made it appear cheery whereas the mist and rain made it depressing. "Ah it's actually sunny for once in the Land of Waves. I think perhaps I shall go for a nice walk."
Unable to see through the thick strands of his newest owners reddish hair Naruto mentally recalled that her desk was completely covered with paperwork that had yet to be done. Under his breath he mumbled, "Should do her damn work..."
"I heard that."
Naruto paled, he could see rustling in the forest of hair and from the russet forest came the Mizukage's hand, nails painted red. The hand brushed aside the Mizukage's hair revealing to Naruto that she had once again stood before her mirror, no doubt to look at Naruto.
"H-how?" He asked nervously.
The Mizukage giggled softly and shook her head, "You're next to my ear. I can practically hear your thoughts. Be careful what you say or think, may come back to haunt you my little pet."
The Ninja earring gem paled, images of various horrific tortures came to mind due to the Mizukage's threat, each as scary as the last. Being an earring piece was nothing compared to where he could be. "Sorry mam...." Naruto mumbled as his cheeks turned slightly red.
The Mizukage let out a short giggle, "Tis nothing but a single mistake my pet." Suddenly as she still wore her playful smile The Mizukage's voice changed to a serious deadly tone. "But do it again and I'll turn you into a smear on the bottom of my sandals. Okay?"
Naruto was at a loss for words, this girl's mood swings were even worse than Tsunade's! The next second it seemed that she had returned to her playful self. " Back to what I was saying before, I'm going on a walk and just because you're a part of my jewelry doesn't mean you get a break."
"What can I do in this situation?!" Naruto whined, gesturing to his bound hands and feet.
Hearing Naruto's question The Mizukage let out yet another giggle, " It's actually quite simple, you're big mouth and it's little comment earlier inspired it. As I walk around the village you just have to whisper things into my ear."
"What things?"
"Pleasant things, praise my beauty and kindness, comment on how I am your goddess and owner, how you love me and all I am, praise everything from the soles of my feet to my the tip of my scalp, and continue to do so until I say otherwise. If I go to sleep without saying stop you better compliment me throughout the night!"
These new orders brought a frown to Naruto's face, a frown he quickly hid. He had been through so much and now he had to whisper sweet nothings to a girl who thought of him as little more than a bug. To a girl who believed that Naruto's sole purpose was to be her pet and slave. It was a nausiating idea but Naruto was forced to comply.
"When do I start?" He asked with a sigh.
The Mizukage seemed pleased with the lack of rebellion, "Right now, I'm leaving immediately." The Mizukage removed her hand from her hair and immediately it fell back into place, trapping Naruto in the strawberry smelling darkness where he nervously began his new task.
"Meimei....you're so amazing, every girl is jealous of your beauty and brains."
"I know" The Mizukage replied smugly as she left her office.
" You're hair is so soft and amazing, better than any girl's. Your big toe has more beauty than every other woman's combined. Meimei....you're just perfect."
"I know."
Naruto felt himself get nausiated further, this was the last person he wanted to compliment and the name Meimei..... whether it was a nickname or not it just bothered Naruto to call her that, on some level he did respect the fact she was Mizukage.
The Mizukage stepped out of her office and into a hallway, swerving to the left and walking with a little skip in her step. Her pet was whispering the best things in her ear and it just felt great, the best sounds the Mizukage had ever heard in her opinion, the sounds of Naruto calling her his goddess.
Arriving out in the open The Mizukage snuck her way to town, soon arriving in the town square. As with all towns and villages the town square had about every sort of store you could think of. Clothing stores, food stores, shoe stores, jewelry stores, book stores, it was all here for the Mizukage to enjoy with her pet.
Naruto understandably wasn't enjoying himself, he soon ran out of good things to say so he had to resort to praising The Mizukage's body in specific places. Starting at her feet her complimented them and spoke of his endeering love for them, and he continued speaking like that about every body part as he worked his way up, currently he was at the thighs, next came The Mizukage's butt. This was only what he himself did, in the mere motion of walking the Mizukage further tortured Naruto in ways she herself probably didn't realize. With each step The Mizukage's ear lobe bobbed a little, and being attached to the earring on this ear lobe Naruto also bobbed a little, it only went about as high as several feet and went down roughly the same amount but repeated this had a very rough effect on the shrunken hero. Plus due to walking a couple strands of hair occasionally fell, and at his size they were quite bothersome when they struck Naruto.
Either unaware or uncaring of Naruto's suffering The Mizukage walked around the town square, enjoying the various things at her disposal.
