Naruto actually made a smart move

Naruto felt his fist clench and tighten to the point his nails dug deep enough to draw blood. He wanted to badly to punch this woman, to knock some sense into her and escape. As much as he wanted to do this he didn't, his first instinct was to go for it but as if he were actually there a mental image from Jiraiya came to mind, the image saying "Don't be an idiot!"
Although either a memory or a figment of his imagination Naruto took Jiraiya's words seriously and pondered what would happen if he did escape. Although he thought for only a couple moments Naruto came up with every repercussion of a reckless action like that.
First off there would be the issue of how he would get away from one of the world's greatest ninjas, and how to get back to his village. Kirigakure wasn't exactly a neighboring country and chances were very very high that Konoha wouldn't have patrols that far out looking for him, the bird traveled well over two countries, what are the odds that his village would pick the farthest one that by impossible odds a bird carried him to?
Yet this was only issues involving him personally, on a global scale it could be a disaster. Konoha would no doubt be outraged by The Mizukage's actions, but on the other hand the Mizukage and in turn her country would probably show outrage about them losing the Nine-Tails and taking it away from their protection. Then of course word would spread and the other countries would jump in about how Konoha wouldn't be fit to defend the Nine-Tails if they couldn't even stop a bird from getting him.
There would no doubt be months of arguments and political debates, heck if he did make it back Tsunade would probably make Naruto's life a living hell. He shuddered at the idea of what the Hokage would do to him in that scenario.
Everyone would argue until eventually someone snapped and sent a group to retrieve the Nine-Tails, and this of course no matter whether it would work or not would be found out and chances are it would start a world war between the countries. As for Akatsuki, no telling what they would do.
Somehow Naruto processed all of this in seconds and realized that not just for himself but for the world he would have to be a good pet to the Mizukage.
Slowly Naruto's fist unclenched as he took a look around the empty hampsters cage meant to be his home, " Look's cosy." He lied, the cage had none of those wooden chips one would expect, no food or water either for that matter. "What am I supposed to live off of?" Naruto found himself asking his owner.
The Mizukage smirked as if expecting the question, " That would have to be up to how you do that day. You'll have to earn your meals like a ninja should. Do poorly at your jobs and you'll be lucky to get dirt from beneath my sandals. Do a good job and I'll give you a reasonable meal. Go above and beyond and I might get a gourmet chef to give you a meal to die for."
The shrunken ninja shrugged, despite being twisted circumstances for a human the idea itself did seem fair. "So what do I gotta do to get my food for today?"
"What indeed?" The giantess giggled seductively, holding a finger before her lips.
Quickly getting impatient Naruto asked again, "What do I have to do?"
Not avoiding the question this time the Mizukage answered, "Simple....
