Sakura was completely terrified now, she forgot everything about Sasuke and her battle with Ino for his love as she finally understood why Ino had given her so many warnings, thanks to the shrinking Ino no longer had a rival anymore. What she had was just a toy between her toes that she could do whatever she wanted with, and Sakura was completely helpless to do anything about it.
As she looked up at Ino she was also scared at how much she seemed to be enjoying this, she noticed her ex friend had a delighted expression in her face, the kind of expression she had only seen Ino put at very, very important moments in her life. She also senses something much worse though, and it was how from her point of view between her toes the natural beauty Ino had seemed so.. magnified.
She recalled how she liked to call her Ino-Pig during their petty fights, but now, and specially with the expression she had on her face she looked absolutely flawless. Ino just sighed happily as she felt the tongue of her slave now put to good use "This is how it should have always been, be faster, there is a lot of toejam for you to enjoyy"
Sakura started crying as she complied with the order, now moving to the crevice between her second and third toe where thankfully she didn't saw as much gunk now, she saw Ino wiggling her toes eagerly waiting to feel her tongue again and Sakura wondered if she should just beg Ino to restore her back now or keep up with the humiliating task until she could be on Ino's good side and try her luck.
