Goddess Ino's Just Punishment: Reduction

"P-P-Punishment?!" asked a now terrified Naruto. "Ino, you can't be..."
Suddenly, Ino applied more pressure onto Naruto's tiny body, filling the ninja with absolute pain.
"Who is this Ino you speak of, Naru-toe?" boomed Ino. "I know of no such girl. Remember my name well, my worshipper...I am Goddess Ino! Now, shout my name to the heavens and proclaim your eternal devotion to me and my feet!"
With no other options available to him, Naruto's spirit was finally broken as he gave in to the blonde girl's demands.
"All hail Goddess Ino," he mumbled.
"What was that?" asked the goddess. "I can't hear you! Louder, my humble worshipper!"
Naruto, his mind now completely rewired after succumbing to Ino, was destined to please his goddess at any cost.
"All praise Goddess Ino!" he shouted. "May the goddess forever reign supreme! She is more beautiful than Tsunade could ever dream of being; the wisdom she possesses makes omnipotence seem trivial; her power is unending as she continues to grow stronger; and her divine feet, the symbols of her goddesshood, are beyond perfection. Her judgment is supreme, and everyone should worship her heavenly form for all eternity!"
Ino smirked as she realized she had acquired not only a permanent foot-slave, but a loyal subject that would worship her for the goddess she was always meant to be.
"That's better, Naru-toe," said a satisfied Ino. "However, for your earlier insolence, I must punish you to make sure your lesson has been learned..."
With a simple giggle, Ino focused her mind on the miniature Naruto and lifted her foot off of him; another second later, the already tiny ninja began to shrink even further. Naruto stood back up and watched proudly as his goddess grew larger and larger before his very eyes. Naruto continued to dwindle faster and faster, the blonde girl's feet occupying more and more of his vision by the second as she became more and more beautiful to him. After a full minute since the process had began, Naruto let out a slight whimper as he had finished shrinking; he had wanted his goddess to make him shrink into oblivion, but she had obviously taken pity on her only worshipper. Before Ino had enacted her punishment, Naruto was about as large as her big toe; now, after a massive reduction in his stature, Ino's pinky toe alone was as large as the entire Fire Country in size. To Naruto, Ino was now truly a perfect goddess.
"My punishment is complete!" declared Ino. "Now you see my power! Now you see the glory of Goddess Ino! This is only a fraction of my true size, but you now see how much stronger your goddess is than you. Never again shall you disobey me, or you shall see the true wrath of Goddess Ino!"
"Yes my goddess!" shouted an excited Naruto as he dropped to his knees and began to pray to her.
