Her eyes fluttered open for the briefest of moments. She could see clear blue sky, brighter and bluer than any other time she's looked up. The land was odd, undiscernable spots of grey and patches of green here and there. For the most part, it was flatlands, the only difference a few jutting rocks here and there that only rose as high as her ankles. Akiha Tohno flipped her long black hair over her shoulder, curious as to how she had ended up in such a strange spot. All she remembered was falling asleep last night, and now, she was sitting in the middle of absolutely nowhere.
"...Weird."She muttered to herself, standing up and stretching. Oddly enough, she was fully clothed, something she didn't remember doing last night. Had she fallen asleep while in her school uniform? Her white blouse and long red skirt did well to accentuate her figure, right down to her boots that went up to her shins.
"Might as well figure out where I am..."Akiha muttered to herself, taking the first step on the strange new land. The ground beneath was surprisingly soft and fragile, as when her boot left the ground after the step, a deep imprint a few inches down from her weight was created. It appeared she had stepped down onto one of the grey patches that popped up against the green and brown ground. A few minutes later, a small bug flew by her eye, and she followed it till it escaped her line of sight. She simply turned her head, raised her hand, and swatted, the small dot instantly smashing against her fingers. She shrugged and continued on, accidentally knocking over a few of those jutting rocks with her boots. Her steps had sent it flying, only to land a few feet away from her.
---
To those below, all were amazed with a bitter mixture of awe and fear. A young woman towered above taller than the tallest mountain in the region, her form so high up many couldn't even see past the trudges of her boots. But if they were a distance's away from her, they could make out a blurry form of a school uniform that extended into the cloud layer. Now, at first, many panicked. The military rolled in, trying to reason with her with megaphones and loudspeakers, but they found that their small voices couldn't even possibly be heard by such a titanic woman. The next option was to simply wait for to move. And when she did, it was a catastrophe. The simplest motions of her standing up and walking destroyed countless. The motion of her moving body created winds that threatened to blow many away, putting even a hurricane gale to shame with its power. Her footsteps generated cataclysmic quakes that rocked the landscape, and the devastation was worst underneath the sole of her boots, leaving imprints thousands of feet deep where a proud city and countless lives had once stood.
Jets were sent flying as high as they could to do battle with her, but her thick skin simply repelled missile strikes with ease. She even swatted at them as if they were nothing but pitifully small insects to her. The giantess even had the terrible power to uproot entire mountain ranges and send them flying miles away from the ancient spot they had sprouted from.
